MARKSPEED ACL-CC
DESCRIPTION
MARKSPEED ACL-CC is ready to use accelerating admixture with plasticing action which improves good dispersion of cement particles and 1-4 hours of acceleration of setting time over controlled concrete. As a accelerator, it can be used to reduce the setting time in cold temperatures. As a plasticizer, it can be used to increase workability without addition of water or obtain increased strength by reduction of water for a given workability. Cement reduction up to 10% is possible for a given workability and strength.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DOSAGE
MARKSPEED ACL-CC should be used along with the mixing water to ensure uniform dispersion. As a guide, dosage of 0.6-1.70 liter per 50 kg cement may be used for acceleration of 1-4 hours. However best dosage can be determined by site trials
An overdose of this further accelerates the set rate of concrete but does not affect the ultimate strength of concrete.
Good curing practices should be maintained such as water spray wet hessian or curing with spray applied curing compounds
CLEANING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS
Tools and equipment’s can be easily cleaned with water. Skin contact should be avoided as it is slightly acidic & seek medical advice.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store the material cool and dry place (250C. Temp). Shelf life is one year when materials are stored in unopened containers as per recommended storage conditions.
