Bio Clean
BIO CLEAN is a non acidic cleaner & degreaser developed specifically for tile, grout, natural & cast stone and masonry surfaces. Bio Clean will handle difficult stains, yet is gentle enough for everyday use. It is very effective as an ongoing maintenance cleaner for surfaces previously sealed with the appropriate Miracle Penetrating Sealer/Impregnator. It is quite effective at removing most factory-applied waxes and floor finishes, and is ideal for areas that have been neglected or subject to heavy use.

BIO CLEAN is concentrated and requires dilution. To remove difficult stains such as oil and grease Mix 1 part BIO CLEAN with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply BIO CLEAN with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. DO NOT allow solution to dry on the surface. Extract all the dirty remains with a wet vacuum system. Rinse the surface thoroughly with hot water and allow to dry. Difficult stains may require a second application.
For general cleaning, mix 1 part of BIO CLEAN with 8 part of hot water following the same instructions as before.
For moderate cleaning, mix 1 part of BIO CLEAN with 4 part of hot water following the same instructions as before
Close the container tightly after use each use. Store in original container only between temperature +5°C and +30°C . Do not allow to freeze
